Here at Student Meditation, we want to give you the opportunity to be kind towards yourself and your body by providing regular yoga sessions 4 times a week! During these casual yoga sessions, we will follow a class together on YouTube. We will start the session by taking some time to set an intention. After the yoga practice, we will have a moment to check in with ourselves, take some time for gratitude and talk about our experience during the session.

This will all be hosted online through Zoom. A link will be shared moments before we start the yoga session in our Whatsapp groups (which you can find in your welcome email, sent when you become a member).

Yoga sessions will be hosted after the morning meditations on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9.15 .

On the weekends, there will be a yoga session on Saturday at 10.30, after the meditation, and on Sunday at 9.00, before the Metta meditation.
